Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare PIP files for arbitrations; including scrubbing files to determine balances due and documentation needed, creating Post Service Appeals, obtaining supporting records from doctors and attorneys, following up to insure the PIP packages are complete and can be filed.
- File arbitrations and amendments in Forthright. Track on internal excel spreadsheet.
- Manage and maintain files; including organizing documents, utilizing Excel to track status, following up on missing documents, arbitration status and payments.
- Manage hearing calendar.
-Settle. files Pre- Hearing using the process developed by the organization.
- Prepare attorney Fee Certifications
-Track awards and settlement payments.
Job Candidate Requirements:
- Must be experienced in handling PIP claims-A minimum of one year is required
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
